Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for services purchased from Areal Proxy (By Areal Infotech). By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
1. General Rule

ArealProxy provides digital proxy services (non-tangible, irrevocable goods). Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are final by default and are not automatically refunded. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team within the timeframe specified in Section 2 with a valid reason and supporting evidence.
- All refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and the terms of the applicable payment provider.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Verified technical failure caused directly by ArealProxy
- Service was completely unusable and support could not resolve the issue
- Refund request must be submitted within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of the initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
- To qualify for a refund, the purchased plan must meet all of the following conditions:
- The plan must not have expired or reached the end of its billing period (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly)
- For Per-GB Plans no more than 500 MB of traffic may have been consumed
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Used or partially used bandwidth
- Incorrect usage or misconfiguration by the user
- Blocked access by third-party websites
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Change of mind after purchase
- Account suspension due to abuse or illegal activity
- Unlimited Residential plans with hourly or daily billing periods are non-refundable, unless a verified technical failure on ArealProxy's end renders the service completely unusable and support is unable to resolve the issue within the plan's active period
4. How To Request Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted to our support team via mail at support@arealproxy.com
- Please provide your order details and reason for the request.
- Review Timeline: All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of submission. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request via email once the review is complete.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the policies of the payment provider. We encourage users to contact support before initiating a dispute.
6. Free Trials & Promotions
Free trials, bonuses, or promotional credits are non-refundable and may be revoked at any time.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and same bank details from which payment has been received.
Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 2 business days of the approval confirmation.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.
8. Cryptocurrency Payments
For purchases made using cryptocurrency:
- All cryptocurrency payments are final and can only be refundable in case of failure of service otherwise non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions
- Chargebacks are not possible on cryptocurrency transactions; any refund at our discretion would be processed as a manual transfer to a wallet address you provide
- ArealProxy is not responsible for cryptocurrency transaction fees, network fees, or exchange rate fluctuations at the time of purchase or refunds
- Refunds for cryptocurrency payments, if approved, will be issued at the fiat value of the original purchase at the time of the transaction, not the current market value of the cryptocurrency
9. Policy Updates
ArealProxy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
